Hosted Email Archiving / Auditing
Welcome, we provide the simplest, most reliable and least expensive email archiving solution available.
Although many organizations are required by law to archive their email almost any company can benefit from doing so. In fact over 2/3 of our customers archive email not because they are obligated to but because we make it easy and they recognize it as a best practice with an immediate payback.
You've found that most archving systems are complex and expensive - not here. Our service often costs less than $110/month and includes a DVD of all messages sent to and from your domain, delivered to your office regularly.
Norada Corporation's Email Archiving service can make your complete email management implementation a breeze. Our turnkey hosted service fits the needs and budgets of most organizations - even the smallest firms.
"I just wanted to let you know that I've been a subscriber for nearly 5 years. This service has been absolutely great & second to none. I wanted to pass my appreciation on to Norada Corp." - David Haskin
Within hours we can have your entire firm up and running on our service with your messages safely being archived. We've taken every measure to ensure that your email is securely protected using only the best servers, network hardware, applications and processes.
Our Archiving Services captures a copy of all email transmissions within an organization; consider it a "flight-data recorder" for email. The service can be implemented using one of the following methods:
- Configure your current email service to forward a copy of incoming and outgoing messages to us (this is often referred to as domain rule forwards, blind carbon copying, or journaling)
- Relay email through our service to your current email server (all email messages come into our service first, then we forward the messages to your current email server or final destination)
- Use Norada's integrated Solve360 email and collaboration service with Norada's email archiving service for a full turnkey solution
Our Engineering team is standing by to review your individual needs and help you decide on the best implementation method.
Here is a summary of important facts regarding our process, standards and the disc itself:
- All incoming and outgoing email messages are permanently preserved on a non-erasable and non-rewritable professional grade DVD-R media. This ensures that information is correctly captured and stored in order to minimize any uncertainty over its integrity and existence so far as is possible
- Archiving is fully automatic requiring no involvement from end users or administrators.
- The archive contains the entire message content including rich text formatting and attachments.
- Messages are saved on the DVD as text files according to the RFC2822 recognized standard for email archiving. This format is the simplest, most universal and the safest method for permanent data archival.
- The archived messages on the disc can be quickly searched for specific email messages using the utility provided (or loaded into a search system of your choice) where they can be viewed, forwarded and restored back into a user's email account without much effort or hassle.
By having Norada manage the archive process customers benefit from a standardize, arms-length process which provides for high evidential weight.
Archive Service $69.95/month Each 1GB increment of data archived (estimate for 40 average email users) $39.95/month

When backing up email accounts the backup image can only record a snapshot of what is in the email account at the moment the backup is taken (typically at the end of the day). Many messages will never show up in a backup image:
- Incoming messages that are downloaded to a mobile or desktop email program and automatically removed from the server (common with POP clients)
- Incoming messages that are received, read, then deleted
- Outgoing messages that are sent but not saved on a server folder
Even if email messages are captured in a backup image finding one is near to impossible. The backup images are snapshots in time therefore each backup image would need to be restored and searched until the entire possible date range was covered. For example, if you needed to retrieve a message sent sometime during a previous month, between 30 - 60 full restorations and searches would need to be performed; with no guarantee that the message will be found in any of them.
